DaoDao is a brand of Beijing Funion International Travel Service Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"), a licensed international travel agency in Beijing, China (license no. L-BJ-CJ00281).

When you submit a booking enquiry or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, nationality, passport number (optional), preferred travel date, group size, and any message you include.
3. Why we collect it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, confirm availability and pricing, and arrange your tour. As a licensed inbound-tourism operator in China, we are required by law to record certain guest details (such as passport information) when delivering travel services.
4. Where your data is stored
Your personal information is stored on servers located within the People’s Republic of China, in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC. We do not store your booking data on servers outside mainland China.
5. How we share information
We share your information only where necessary to deliver the tour (for example, with your guide or a partner venue), or where required by law. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Data retention
We retain booking information for as long as required to provide the service and to meet our legal obligations as a licensed travel agency.
