1. Agreement
By submitting a booking enquiry through this website, you agree to these terms. Your tour is operated by Beijing Funion International Travel Service Co., Ltd. (license no. L-BJ-CJ00281).
2. Bookings and payment
A booking enquiry is not a confirmed booking. We will reply with availability, a final price, and payment instructions. Your place is confirmed once payment is received and we issue a confirmation.
3. Prices
Prices shown are "from" prices and vary by group size and season. The final price is confirmed in writing before payment.
4. Cancellation and changes
Cancellation and change terms are stated in your booking confirmation. Because tours are small-group, cancellations close to the tour date may be non-refundable.
5. Health and safety
Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or mobility needs when booking. Our tours involve walking on public streets; you participate at your own risk within the limits permitted by law.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Beijing, China.
